Hey,

I'm looking for a spare tire and an intake for the E36. I'm actually not sure if I should get a spare tire, but my car didn't come with one, so it might be nice to have one around if it's not too expensive.

I'm also looking for an intake. I'm looking to spend around 50-70 dollars on it. Anyone have one for sale locally?

Thanks,
Stealthyfish

If you only need a tire, go down to your local tire shop and find out what they have out back that's black, round, and roughly the right size. Should be able to pick up something for cheap.
Mostly the spares only provide balast to keep the rear end planted :D

poo. it's fine. I'm running maybe 50 lbs lighter right now :stickoutt. I'm in no urgent hurry to get one, it'd just be a peace of mind kind of thing.

One of those things that you never need it when you have it, but...

Bought my car and when I was removing the boom box brackets from the trunk I hear a hissing sound. The yahoo had run drywall screws through the fiberboard into the spare.
Got a new spare the next day and within a couple of days, I had it on the rear while I got the flat rear fixed. Glad I got the spare when I did.
Will never use that again probably.

Depending on what you are looking for try craigslist (I think I remember some cheap ones) or Autobahn on 99E.

Michael.

I have an intake for sale but its a little higher than what you are looking for. Its an ECIS with a heatshield, 150 + shipping. Let me know if you are interested.

Heya - I have a spare CAI with high flow filter I would part with for 70 + actual shipping costs.

It has all the silicone tube couplings necessary and a good filter, I would suggest getting a heat shield for it eventually or making one yourself to maximize it.

If you are interested, I can get some pics of it in the next week (it is at a friends shop right now, and it will be a little while before I can get back out there). If you want me to, email me at petelinz@gmail.com and let me know (cause I dont get on here to see replies/pm's too often).

I'm interested in that, but I've got stock 15's. How would a 16" run with 3 15" rims//tires?

I have a 15" spare tire/wheel that looks like it was never used, I would also sell for $50.

even though its bad for me getting rid of my wheel...the 15s are probably a better bet. now you just have to decide if the drive is worth $25

yeah. I'm not quite sure if I want to drop some money into a spare tire yet :devillook. I'm still thinking about it, haha. 25 dollars does sound killer, but the driving time would be a pain :(
