The Fourth Quarter General Meeting will be held at BMW of Peabody, on Wednesday, December 12th, at their new service location 7 Centennial Drive, Peabody MA just off Rte. 128 at Exit 28 on Route 128 after the Route 95-128 split. The meeting will start at 7PM and will end at 9PM.
Food will be provided by BMW of Peabody with thanks to Robb Hannafin Assistant Service Manager who has arranged the meeting. There will be a 25% discount (that evening only) on BMW Parts. If you want to order BMW parts ahead of time you may do so by calling (978)532-8300 and still obtain the 25% discount when you pick up the parts the evening of the meeting. Jack Woods BMW Parts Manager wants to let us know that BMW has a new program for "tuner parts" specifically designed for E46 and E90 cars. These parts will be on display at the parts counter. I understand lots of carbon fiber items.
At this meeting members will be voting for next year's Chapter Officers. Please come to vote and have a say about what is happening at your Chapter.
The featured speaker will be James Clay of bimmerworld Racing. James owns and operates bimmerworld established in 1999 (http://www.bimmerworld.com/). He also was first to race E90 BMW's in the Speedtv World Challenge. James will talk about bimmerworld, a tuner focusing on BMW's, and entertain us about his Racing exploits.
It should be a fun filled evening, please do come and support your Chapter.
Don't forget to go the Chapters Website www.boston-bmwcca.org and register that you will attend the meeting. We are trying to provide an accurate headcount to BMW of Peabody so they can order enough food and chairs for the meeting. Your help with registering is really appreciated.
Directions: From Boston Go North on Rte. 95/128, continue North on Rte. 128 after Rte. 95 split off. The next exit after the Rte. 95/128 split is Centennial drive at Exit 28 exit here and follow Centennial Drive around to the right past the Peabody Marriott. The BMW of Peabody location is about 1 1/2 miles off the exit on the left side of Centennial Dive around a long curve in the road
