Guys !

Finally.. My 335i has arrived !!!! It is a beauty.. it doesnt have a mind of its own.. but it does have a soul !!

I am having a blast !!!! Amazing accelaration ! Flawless handling! Solid tank feel even though agile !!!

Things I didnt know about ..

1. Never knew that comfort access could lock the door with a touch !
2. Never knew that it had the intelligent tow alert
3. Never knew I-drive was so easy and amazing
4. Never knew Nav was so precise and has additional column which shows u the turns.
5. Never knew I had a key inside the remote.
6. Never knew you could ventilate the armrest storage space
7. Never knew there was a recyclable battery in the glove compartment
8. Never knew the steptronic gearbox was so amazing to use
9. Never knew the tap down feature about windows.

List goes on...

I have just read like 50 pages of the manual.. Will add more as I find out..

Humbly.. i can say..

Its just Nice !

Rosh.

I'm like you discovering the the many exciting features of my new 335i as well..

But mainly I'm just really enjoying driving it! It's an unbelievable feeling and as a 1st time BMW owner I'm enjoying the transition..

Prior to getting my 335i I looked at many other cars over a long period of time but then finally decided to go with the BMW after exhaustive research and advice from my brother-in-law (a rabid BMW devotee..) and a couple of other friends who have bimmers as well..

There was a certain degree of anxiety before deciding as it is the most expensive car I have ever purchased but I have adjusted well and find it one of the highlights of my day driving it home after a long day at the office.

I especially enjoy the weekends when I can really take it out and enjoy it thoroughly! This is a car meant to be driven!

I really enjoy reading the comments in this forum..especially from new owners like myself and share the excitement of driving this superb car! Congrats!

what is intelligent tow?

and, btw, where was your salesman when you took delivery. my salesman took over thirty minutes to show every feature to me and make sure i understood how everything worked. he also linked my phone to the bluetooth system for me. when i drove away i was already familiar with the car and had a working hands free phone. great salesman who really knew the car inside/out.

glad you are enjoying your bimmer so much.

Lift up the hatch and fan repeatedly with your other hand. :)

Seriously dude, nice to see people were as excited as I was when I got the car. Amazing it took $45k to make me feel like something that took $2 back when I was a kid with a piece of candy. The funny thing is, the feeling *doesn't* wear off! I'm not nearly as excited about all of the other neat stuff in my life (for example jacuzzi, treadmill) but the car is still awesome every time I step inside, almost 1 year later. Congrats on your purchase.

My salesman was quite new I guess... he knew stuff which you find in a brochure. But he was a good guy and I thought I had done my homework so I didnt mind (until I opened the manual)

Just picked up my '08 335xi Saturday. My salesman spent about 30 minutes also, but who can remember everything when you just anxious to get it out on the road.

I was there too, Ha Ha. Total kid in a candy store. Pay attention to what they say though. See my gas door comment, it was sad. Definate Carlos Mencia De De De moment for me.
