07 335i with sport package.

Can anyone recommend a good RFT that is not low profile?? Is it better to get all season or just high performance summer tires?

It may not be wise to change the aspect ratio on the 335...you WILL lose some performance characteristics, and you COULD end up rubbing

You don't really have a choice as to the sidewall height of your tires. There are approved tire sizes, and that's about it. If you want the largest sidewall, dump your sport package 18s, and get a set of 17" wheels.

If you are going to drive this car year round in NYC, you obviously should not get high performance summer tires.

If you traded your 18s for 17s, you could check out the Pirelli PZero Nero M+S Ultra High performance all-season radial in 235/45VR17. It is just a little taller but still weill within specs.
