I changed my battery today after getting the indicator light. Changed the Battery, but engine does not start after replacing battery. Turn the ignition it does not even crank up. Is there any settings i should be aware of. All the lights are working and internal. Does anybody have ideas?

it may be a bad starter or possible a bad ignition switch.

Are you certain the new battery is fully charged? If in doubt try to jump start the car with new battery with another car.

Wait, what did you change the battery with? Another used battery...or a brand new battery? If it was a new battery, what type and did they charge it before giving it to you. Was it sitting on a shelf? If so, for how long?

If it was used, what condition is the battery? Have you used a multimeter to check the battery's voltage? Or have you unlocked you OBC and run TEST #9 to get the battery voltage (if you don't have a multimeter).

A battery that doesn't have enough juice can easily illuminate the interior lights and run the radio...but not have enough power to start the car. In fact, it is a common occurance (in BMWs) for a failing battery.

A battery producing 11.89volts is at 0% state of charge. Which if compounded with extreme warm or cold temperatures will tap into the battery's reserve capacity...which again, can put you in a no start situation, but have enough power to run the interior lights.
