if it's a few bucks I don't mind... I really don't want to deal with them, they've left a bad taste in my mouth.

just give umnitza a ring - you'll pay a nominal fee via paypal for the shipping and handling but the ballast is free. That's what I did when one of my AE ballasts burnt out. They shipped it out promptly and both sides of my angel eyes are now working fine.

Same problem with me. Both ballasts burnt so I can't use the angel eyes.

I was told $10 bucks for shipping and a free part.
