I know that I have a E90 series, but what number actually is tied to what car? I have 08 328, 4 door (sedan) prem package and a few other things.

Starting 2006 model year, the 3 series changed to the E9x models.

E90 = 3 series sedan
E91 = 3 series wagon
E92 = 3 series coupe
E93 = 3 series convertible

You answered the OP's question, but I just wanted to provide a quick clarification.

In 2006, the 3 series Coupe and Convertible were still E46. It wasn't until 2007 that the E92 and E93 were introduced.
