Hello I have a mosselman supercharged 1998 540i. The problem I have is the fuel management computer when I bought the car was burned out and disconncted. I purchased a new one through Mosselman however they no longer have the wiring diagrams. Since this is a splice in variety and the original was burned out I have nothing to go by. The tag says DME 470 and the colors are as follows: blk, bwn, yellow w/green tracer, purple, blue. Any help would be greatly appreciated to get my "howitzer" back on the road.

If you give up on your Mosselman "box," try NickG at Techniques Tuning. I think he has written that he can flash tune the E39 540i ECU. However, the Mosselman systems for the BMWs are relatively rare in the US and odd tunes are usually more expensive than common tunes.
