Ok here is the setup. Apexcone ellipsoids predator 6500k halo 5k apexcone hid and 55w ballast. So this is the problem hids work fine high beam halos work fine but my low beam halos are either dim or not working most of the time. I thought i might be wiring i checked everything. Then i thought it might be the connection to parking lights so i soldered them and wrapped them in electrical tape. And still having problems. I heard maybe they need to warm up but why not the high beam halos and just low beam on both sides. Please help getting frustrated with this.

i was getting alot of this...but mine was only the low beam on the driver side..it was definately the wiring in my case...the halo to the ballast (black box thingy)...once i fixed that it worked fine

if it was the ballast wouldnt the high beam halos be out to. The way mine are wired seems that if it was the wiring then both should be out at least thats what i think

I'm also having this problem, someone help. it's not my wiring either. I have projector36's.

I'm pretty sure even if only one ring is dim on one side of the car it can still be a faulty inverter. The rings run through separate wires all the way to the inside of the inverter, so something could be wrong inside of the inverter.

actually the problem fixed itself...it just took a little while before they got bright.
