this transmission is in excelent condition.its out of a 2002 525i with 44,000 miles and comes with tourqe converter.this tranny will fit in 3 series and 5 series.it is tiptronic.NEED TO SELL ASASP ALSO ITS A ZF TRANNY NOT GM
