Hey guys, I would like to know how you polish a car using a electrical device like a porter cable or a cheap knockoff. I searched but I could not find anything with the details I would like to know.

Please, if someone could answer these, and really in detail explain how to polish/buff a car, I would really appreciate it, and im sure future searchers would as well.

I need ALL info like what the different pads are, what colors do what, what steps do you take, which pads do you use first, what polish/wax to use, in what order to use things, and just in general tips and hints.

Thank you so much!

As far as product recomendation, Menzerna tends to be a new favorite over at Autogeek, and then there are always the tried and true products such as Meguiar's and XMT (by Pinnacle). You can't go wrong with Lake Country or Meguair's pads, and when it comes to wax, everyone has their own opinion. So long as you prepare the surface properly, it shouldn't really matter too much on what wax you use.
