I have a '95 525i. I have now had 3 instances (2 within the last 4 days) where after sitting overnight, the car will not start. When I turn the key, I hear nothing, but the radio and interior lights still work. I replaced the battery with no change. Also the windows will not roll up or down and when I turn the map light or interior light to the "Door Open" position, they blink about once a second when the door is open. I can also see the illumination under the window switches brighten and dim in time with the interior lights.

Eventually the car will start (and when it does, it starts right away, not like it has a straining battery or starter).

I have a Clifford Matrix alarm from the PO that is connected to the BMW Keyless entry unit under the back seat and I can hear clicking from some relay in the back seat.

Any suggestions? Replace all the fuses under the back seat?
