Todd don't mean to be an arse by asking for a pic, but all the used leather shift knobs i see look "shrunken" around the insert or very worn. how would you judge the condition of the knob?

Do you have a seat belt that is in good condition or any misc front bumper pieces? Or is what you have listed, all that remains.

I only have the parts listed. The H&R springs will fit but the drop in the front will be less since the 525i weighs less.

Does H&R have a different spring application for the 540i or are all H&R springs the same for all e34s? If the H&Rs from the your 535 are the same for the 540, I want them if they are still available. PM me please. Thanks.
