This is true. Best is to call.

Also, only talk to Bobby. The others don't really know what is going on.

They had a website designed in the early 2000s. Whoever was in control of the site quit, and now they don't have anyone to keep up the site.

That is true for the most part but with all the new help up there now things are alot more organized. Plus its getting harder and harder to actually get bobby on the phone...

Really now? I haven't been over there in a year or two, so I am not up to date per-se, but when I was last there, the only guy who knew what was going on, and what they actually had on hand, was Bobby.

Yeah, theres like 20 people working there now, they are actually getting a pretty good system down. but still, if you want answers to questions, Bobby is still the one to go to, he also gives the best prices:)

For the noobs: Don't waste Bobby's time, he is a busy man... have a list of items and know what you are calling for. He will help you out if you know what you want and are to the point.

I don't even bother calling. Just go, it's not that far.

Make sure you check their ebay store, and check the completed items also, to get an idea on a price that they will sell an item. If you ask Bobby, he will usually throw out some random number that is twice what they sell on ebay.
