Well Christmas time is coming up, and you know what that means... tacky decorations. I saw the first really good set tonight and wanted to know who else has some good photos:

Arbitrary Rules:
1) Nothing non-tacky. I'll be very angry, and Baby Jesus will cry if you post pics of pretty lights wrapped around trees. You don't want Baby Jesus to cry, do you?
2) Feel free to post Tacky "Other Winter Holiday" lights as well. It's just not as succinct to say "Tacky All Winter Holiday Lights". Just don't be angry that I'm not including everyone in my title.
3) My pictures suck, and you're not allowed to comment about how much they suck because I came up with the idea and that make you a horrible person.

So... go out and enjoy your drives looking for fun stuff and let the competition for the most tacky Festivus lights commence.

This thread reminds me of a house I went by in Vidalia on Thanksgiving, tackiest thing EVER.

I'll make sure to take a few pics since I'll be back down there in a couple weeks.

There are a few on the way home from mississippi. I wish it were dark when I am leaving Saturday. I personally hate the tackiness christmas decorations have become. I'll try to get a picture of my frat house we decked out with lights, though it is not tacky at all.

Well its a bad pic I'll have to take more when we keep the fuses from blowing. There are a lot more too the left also along with a decorated 20 ft cedar tree we cut down and "planted".

You just violated arbitrary rule number 1.

I found one in my neighborhood which will make up for the good picture I had. The whole front yard has blow up things.

I win the thread.
Believe it or not, that's actually not the worst I've seen. Pretty bad, but not the worst. There's a house a few miles from me, apparently populated by people who believe in celbrating year-round; the "decorations" are pretty much all home-made, and never come down. :confused Every year, they just add more and more crap. If I can get pics without getting shot at, I'll try. :ponder

Meanwhile, I spotted this little rolling display last week. Somebody just loves tacky so much, they want to take it with 'em! :rofl

Is that in Brookhaven off of Peachtree Dunwoody? I've seen a house decorated like that in that area over the past few years. Just goes to show that money does not buy taste.

Yup. I saw it heading down to tech the other day and had to take pictures.
