Hey fellas.... I haven't been on in a while. Just thought I'd share my latest exploits at the roll ons!!!
Two sundays ago I ran a Headers/Cam 100 shot C6 Z06 making 600rwhp. We run bridge to bridge which is just under a mile.... from a 70 roll. I missed 5th gear and ended up losing to him by about 4 cars. When I missed 5th he opened up around an 8 car lead on me that I closed down to 4. Since I pulled on him so hard in 5th I figured that If I didn't miss a gear I might have won.... so I asked for a rematch.... but he had to leave and promised to do it the following sunday.
When I arrived at the meets this past sunday.... he wasn't there yet... but I got hit up by a lingenfelter C6 that beat the Z06 that I ran the previous week by a fender. He's auto and wanted to go from 60.... which is not a good speed for me because my car spins even more... but since we only run for fun I decided to give it a go. As always he had a few cars on me.... and as always my car runs em down in 5th gear. At the second bridge it was so close that I had no idea who won. The guys watching from on the second bridge said I got him by a fender.
I offered him a rematch.... but he said he had to go home first and change his spark plugs really quick because his car started missing at the end. He didn't come back... so maybe we will do it again this sunday if I can get 500 miles on my new 5000 dollar tilton carbon on carbon twin disk clutch by then.
