I know, I know........another thread about touring clear rears, but!!!

Maybe some good news this time. I just got off the phone with Daniel Blomvquist, the head guy at Radicast in Sweden. So I asked him about his future plans for manufacturing the clear lenses again. He is hoping to recommence production in about three months. From what I can gather, the absence of the clear rears is due to a factory move.

He said he is getting about 4 or 5 mails a week asking about the lenses, so the market is there for them.

So hang in there touring guys, we might have our prayers answered soon!!!!

but he is way behind his orders . . as far as I know .. he buys the clear lenses from a third company . . and fits them by hand to the "normal" touring taillights . . but the quality is really good

edit: hmm . . I'm just thinking .. maybe he's buying the lenses from your swedish guy too :D . .LOL

Hope he sticks to his word. He said he was suprised that there hasn't been any other copies made in the far east like there is for the sedan.
Anyone know what the sedan to touring overall production ratio is?
