View Full Version : FS: 1995-1999 OEM BMW M3 heated mirror glass lense. cheap, mint!
95techm3 12-06-2007, 06:30 AM long story short, drove into the garage while i was super sleepy n clipped of my my mirrors on the garage frame and cracked the passenger mirror housing. now it's time to upgrade to some different type mirrors, probably acs replicas. anyways, selling the 2 OEM heated mirror lenses (lenses only, no housing). they will fit ebay replica m3 mirrors as well as oem mirrors. they are OEM heated, and in very mint condition. dealer sells them for 119$ a side. my price to you is 80$ shipped via fedex complimentary overnight air to you for both sides, driver's and passenger's (pair). will only sell as a pair. PM ME IF INTERESTED. 80$ is 1/3 of the dealers price which is a steal for someone who wants to upgrade their crappy replica m3 mirror lenses that they got from ebay which may be too much zoomed in or too little. actual pictures below.

racinman9 12-06-2007, 01:37 PM Very interested as mine seem to have gotten water in behind them, or something to that effect.
However, is the $80 Shipped OVERNIGHT still valid for me here in Michigan knowing they are coming from California?
How much of a pain is it to get the old ones and and what sort of adhesive would I need to put the new ones in?
Let me know
Thanks
Tony

you dont need adhesive, they are put on by 4-5 clips in the back of the mirror, you just simply pop out your old ones with a flat head and push these ones into place after you have aligned the clips up, its like female type clips that grab onto male type clips on mirror housing. also there are 2 heated wires that connect to the mirror.

so did you want it? if so i'll email you my paypal address. its quiet simple to take in and out, probably takes a good 2 minutes for the swap for each side. you just pry it off and pull it by hand, then disconnect the 2 wires. the install is just align the clips and push the mirrors into the "click" into spot on the housing.

Yep, I will take them as long as all the "Male" connectors are in tact on the backside of the mirrors. Since by the sounds of it, the "Clips" are attached to the mirror housing.
You can email me your Paypal info to racinman9@gmail.com.
Thanks

the mirrors lense have female type clips, the mirror housing has the male type clips. i dont want to sound perverted or vulgar but the mirror lense have a vagina clip while the mirror housing has the penis type clip. i'll send pictures of it right now on the thread and email you after.

drexel912 01-18-2008, 06:31 PM Stupid question.... Do they have a blue tint (cause they look like regular mirrors). How much for slow, mule packed old style cheap pony express to 16502 since I don't want them next day air.

its the blue tint from the factory, not an add on, its like an anti glare kinda thing. also, i am not charging you for overnight air, i am including it FREE and only charging for standard shipping. as you may already know, overnight air costs like 35$ so i would not charge people to do overnight, i have a fedex account so i get discounted rates for overnight air which will costs me the same as just using standard air.
