I know that your car is an individual program car but a 3.23 is hardly noticeable.

I was having technical difficulties contacting a fellow member over the phone. He is not registered yet(?) and I was leaving him that message.

We need that diff for his 1995 m3. His has a BMW Individual program E36 and he is partial to keeping it a 3.15(stock). At this point If it is a 6-bolt main we will be contacting you.

Yes it will...you may have to switch flanges depending if yours is 6 bolt or not but thats not really a big deal.

Seriously, to the people that complain if it is 6 bolt vs 4 bolt flange, you just take the flange out, and put the flange from your dif in it. Works everytime.
