Also, for those members over 25, any opinions as to which temp you prefer? I had 6k in my Volvo 850R a few years back, but am now thinking about 5k. When I was 21 I would have wanted 8k so that's why I ask over 25er's

BTW, im over 25:( 6k all the way.

Get the 5K....the 6K is too blue IMO. 5K is a nice white that's low key.

5400K is the colour of the sun.. I find that 6000K puts out a slightly more white light than 5000K which is slightly more yellow

what you have to remember, our sun does not put out white light. As it is young yet, it's colour spectrum is just slightly on the yellowish side of white

I have the 6k Prolumen from Habbie and like them, but would say there is a hint of blue or at least some color beyond white. Were I to do this over again, I might go for the 5k, which has a hint of yellow in it. The 5k would be closer to stock looking than the 6k, which while not 8k blue lights, probably attract a little more attention. It is a close call.

I'm ordering 5k's from Umnitza tomorrow. Great price and lifetime warranty
