Remember the bushings and shock mounts I ordered from Turner Motorsports wednesday afternon? Well, they arrived by UPS this morning at 9:45!!! :eek:

I was expecting a week or two, as it's always the case when I order something in the US, but 36 hours?! That's unheard of!

Thumbs up to Doug Mahar who did an awesone job! I definitely recommend them, they've been great so far (My Shark comes from them too).

That's cause it was Will Turner himself dropping the stuff off.
It's his new customer service improvement policy which he is enforcing personally.:D

I ordered a performance chip from them about a year ago and they sent it out very quickly. I would do business with them again.

turner is hardcore. i love them

yup, thats why ill choose to order from them even if the prices are a little higher than others.

Living in NJ, i get the product the very next day always and i have never had a problem..

Ordered a used steering wheel, less airbag, today. I indicated that I'd take the wheel only if no airbag had deployed (most of the time, the wheel gets burnt, marred, or the mounting plate warps, resulting in poor re-fitment). Drew emailed me immediatley, indicating that he had three people inspect the wheel, w/ each pronouncing as "like new".

This is only a $20 used part. This kind of customer service for such a small purchase speaks very well of Drew and Turner in general. Great service!
