so my back end on my 95 M3 feels a little loose and a little rough when going over bumps then it should be. I do have my car lowered on bistein pss9's. so i took it into the shop and they told me to replace the "rear control arm bushings" and my "inner and outer tie rods" are worn. so i did some research for these parts on namotowerks.com (love the site) and i don't know which parts to buy. theres a rear-upper-inner bushing, rear-upper-outer bushing, rear-lower-inner bushing..... what do I get?? the shop also said my toe bushing could be replaced as well.

as for my inner and outer tie rods, it says left and right tie rod ends on the website. is that the same as inner and outer? left and right...

a little direction would be great.. im lost on what to get
