It happened a few years ago when K-State beat Oklahoma in the Big 12 championship game and either Texas or Oklahoma still went on to play in the BCS championship game (I don't recall which one and I am too lazy to look it up).

It won't. The best we can seriously hope for is a +1 system or a "semifinal" play off. With 1 playing 4 and 2 playing 3. Winners play for title. Past that I heavily doubt that any type of "play off" will ever be adopted by the 1A. The bowls make too much money, everyone is waiting for the bowl season... AND it makes controversy and rivalries even fiercer every year. Doubt it ever goes away.

After watching every Hawaii game on TV(the ones they aired) I knew they were going to come back. Was a great game. That is a good team, If they can atleast hold UGA to something under 35 points I think they can win. We shall see.
