It's about that time of year - going to refinish my HMIIs in the garage this winter, need something to run around on in the mean time.. looking to spend ~$500 with decent tires / decent condition rims, local pickup.
I've got cash sitting here.. need to get this thing started! :eek:

Damn that was fast. Yeah I wouldn't mind if the hamanns were 17s, but I've got no tires for them. :(
Winters would be sweet though, I'd love to know how the car does with decent cold weather tires. I've gotten used to the disgusting grip/handling of max performance summers for 6 months at a time here haha.

Hmmm. You've got my attention haha.
Still, I don't think they'd be any less than $400 additional right? Then I'm up to $900. :( If it's no problem I'm a little curious anyways!

i have staggered contours. they have dunflop winter sp sport m3 tires, tires might not be good enough for the snow though

they dont look tooo bad.. what do you think the tread's at? Do they have the tread marks on them? (Can't see from the pics.) If I can get 5 months out of them I'll be happy.

id have to check. you can see the /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ tread on the inside is totally gone. actually, i think these tires are done...

Yeah I didn't see that haha.. tirerack has some REALLY highly rated ContiWinterContact TS810s in 225/45/17 for like $124 each.
So you're not actually selling those right?

ill sell the wheels, as for the tires, they arent really good for anything except driving around town. i wouldnt trust them in snow.
