How do you adjust headlights on a 2004 325ci? I have regular halogen headlights on this car. Are the Xenon kits worth the money? Are they as simple to install as they advertise? Do they set off sensors?

to adjust, there are adjuster knobs on top of the headlights, just behind the core support. they are finger knobs, or have a phillips in the center of them. the one in the center is up/down, and the one on the side (under the fender, but there's a hole in it) is left/right.
