sorry the pictures took so long. I purchased for my e39 turbo project, and never used it. You guys know what the parts alone are worth. It is on a pallet and ready to ship. I was told the engine still ran, but had rod bearing noise. I never even touched it.

you can make any engine fit, now if it is just an easy drop in? I don't know. Is the m5 engine bigger than an ls1? I know there has been ls1s swapped into an e36.

Looks like it needs a head gasket bad so I'm thinking it over-heated sometime in it's previous life. I think we are looking at a pig in a poke here. Youz pay your money and youz take yo chances. I'll pass on any engine I can't hear run. Besides all the stuff it's missing.

bump, it's perfect for a rebuild, no, to my knowledge it was not overheated. Try to buy something as simple as say an oil pan for an M5 engine...
