hey, i was wondering how much would it be for a auto to manual transmission swap, how much would it be, and does bmw do it?

Anywhere between $1k and $8-9k, depending on the car, what parts are used and who does the work. Realistically, it could be done for free with the right circumstances, but expect to pay at least 5k if a professional does it, with used parts.

had mine done for less than 3k and that was with a LSD and a SSK. the company that did it for me put the whole kit together so I din't have to go hunting for parts

i had mine done in Toronto for $2000

I did mine for about $2500 and I did all the work. This is with a 6 speed though, and i had a parts car

i did mine for 900 but i did ALL of the work and got some crazy deals on parts. I saw all the parts for an m60 5 speed in the FS section for 800. Just add about 4-500 in new parts and whatever labor will be.
