View Full Version : Kinda Crappy DSII's with RE050A PP's (in SE PA)

Up for grabs, if anyone's interested, are my staggered DSII's (from my '99 M3) with Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Pole Positions. The wheels are perfectly straight with no real issues other than some more-than-normal curb rash and some sorry-ass gouges from amateurish tire replacement (not from the current tires). The tires have probably about 75% of their life left. It's been all highway driving with the correct air pressure 100% of the time and nice calm driving most of the time.
I can take pics if anyone's interested and the sale would be for local pickup only. I'm in Yardley, PA which is right across the river from Trenton, NJ near where Route 95 intersects with Route 1 (and close to the NJ and PA Turnpikes).
Not sure how much to ask, but we can cover that if need be. Feel free to call or email anytime at all.
Thanks.

How much?

I guess $450 might not be unreasonable. Let me know, though, if it is.

I guess $800 might not be unreasonable. Let me know, though, if it is.

What size tires?

They're 225/45-17 and 145/40-17. For some reason I can't attach pics in this forum so please pop out an email if you'd like me to send them to you.
Thanks.

I could always keep dropping in $100 increments until they sell.
$450?

Is $450 getting closer?

For rough DSII's I'd say $400-$500 is realistic.

Then $450 it is, but $600 for you for hijacking my thread. Make it $650.

Haha, thanks. Lucky for me I don't need DSII's right now.

I guess going to $450 wouldn't be horrible. Just a thought.

One more quick bttt. They're now off the car awaiting a new home. You'll kick yourself one day for not buying these.

This is why I could not have a polished lip!

^ nice little write up, the index cards seem smart for painting without removing wheels.

YO! I need those 145/40-17's for my racing tractor. Sell them separately? Srsly, I assume they are 245/40's....bump for a good price @ $450.

Thanks. I have to stick with selling them as a set, but I'm looking into having them refinished and calling it a day (if they don't sell and it looks like they won't). I was leaning towards using my current DSI's with snows year round and swapping out the tires as the seasons change, but maybe having two sets of wheels/tires would make life a bit easier.
