Upon reassembling my tii following restoration, I have not been able to get fuel through to the injectors. I have verified fuel through the pump to the return line, but nothing out the lines to the injectors. I have verified working of the inlet popet valves, pump pistons are free, and some air can be blown through each of the outlet popets. No gas appears in the lines whatsoever.
Do the washers go under or on top of the popet inlet valves? I put them under. Might that be a factor?
I am stumped.
The car is ready to run, wants to run (even does on the cold start squirt) but no gas.
Anyone know how to wake up the kugelfischer?

Hmm... I was going to say check your fuel pressure, but I'm not sure that is it...
A few links...

The 2nd link has a downloadable kugelfischer manual and video which may help. Look around for it there.
Good luck and report back when you achieve success!
Cheers,
Ray

Thanks, I did not have this manual, only parts of it.
I double checked fuel supply pressure and found it to be right on spec. I am suspecting the output check valves and or the injectors. I just don't see any reason the pump is not working.
I think I'll take the injectors to the diesel shop and see what I can learn.
Thanks for the help.

During your restoration did you remove the pump from the car? If so make sure that you fill it with some oil.

The drive belt is on the pump sprocket, right?
;-)
Good luck,
