I had the dealer remove their sticker from my car, but now I see the ghost of it at a certain angle and what looks like the cleaner (wipedown marks) they used. It's difficult to see on a photo, so I didn't post one. Anyone have any ideas how to get rid of it? I can try the photo again if needed.

Thank you in advance and ... I'm a newbie !!

If you think it's glue, you might try some WD40 on a soft rag. Or maybe some rubbing alcohol.

get a container of wax and grease remove... made by 5 Star. White can/blue-ish/green lettering... AKA preps-all. It works wonders.

You might have to use a little mild abrasive polish such as scratchX to get the color to match the surrounding paint.

Good luck
