Bought my rotors and pads from importrp here on the forums, but figured I'd just drop by the local dealership to get some extra hex screws.

$7.15 PER screw can you believe it?

I sucked it up, because I wanted to get this project over with this weekend, but shit WTF!

Is this place known for this?

Dont' feel too bad, when I was there picking up some misc. parts, guy walks in to buy some H1 replacement bulbs.

1 bulb = $19.99.. He should of just went to Kragens.

I've been there...exact same situation; hex screws for rotors from SC BMW at $7/screw. I needed them that day or I would have told the parts guy that the price was silly. Never doing that again...

I feel bad for all the poor customers who don't know any better, or are just too stubborn to go anywhere else, and pay senseless to the dealer.

You write that as if you're proud to overpay...

Id avoid the stealer if I had any other way around it. Ive bought five dollar dash bulbs that should have cost me a buck. But sometimes you dont have the time or incentive to wait for a package in the mail, or cant find what you need on a shelf. Took me four autopart stores to find me an air filter one day. The nature of the friggin beast.

SCBMW prices highly marked up. I've shopped there twice before for parts and supplies. BMW of Fremont is much better.
