Hey guys. This is my first post to this site/forum (and I don't even live in Cali!). Anyways, I'm in search of a '93 318is with specific options. I've finally found one in San Diego online.... (edit: since this is my first post I'm not allowed to post urls) If you go to cars dot com and search by ID number use this.... AT-D28278C

I know it's a long shot but does any know this car? Anyone familiar with this dealership maybe? I called and talked to a salesman but he didn't know much other than "This car runs perfect. Everything is perfect. No problems." I suppose that's not a bad thing though.

I've never bought a car long distance (by the way I live in Colorado) and if I ever did I'd prefer buying from the owner of the car so I can at least know a bit of service/repair/upgrade history.

I don't suppose if there is anyone who lives near there could check it out real quick for me. If need be, I could paypal some cash for your trouble.

Not sure if I want to pull the trigger yet or try and wait for something to pop up closer to me. Any thoughts? I have family in SoCal so this would be a good excuse to visit them!

What dealership is the car at? I tried searching for it, but I can't find it by the ID number. I work at a San Diego dealership, so it should be pretty easy for me to check it out if it's at my dealer. If it's at Cunningham, maybe Nick could check it out. He'll probably find this thread.

It doesn't seem to be on the cars dot com site anymore. But it still is listed on the dealerships site... puremotors dot com. Click on inventory and then scroll down to "1993 BMW 318is sport package"

I should probably call and see if it's not already sold!
