I've had this car for 10 years as a daily driver. Just bought an E38 and just don't have the time/place/inclination to fix up/part out.

1994 740i Green/tan 253k miles. Vin#WBADG4322RDE66719
Short block replaced under warranty at 99,986 miles - heads redone at same time. Transmission replaced at 178k mikes with new BMW unit. Both of these were done at BMW dealers (engine - Passport, Transmission - Sterling).

Runs/drives fine

Interior is very good/excellent except for steering wheel and driver's arm rest.

Minor accident damage on passenger's side which was fixed.

Drivetrain is in good shape.

New front struts/control arms. Recently new drive shaft

Needs:
Valve cover and valley pan gaskets.
Power steering hoses
Radiator shroud (Radiator is new)
Battery
Paint

It failed VA emissions on CO but hasn't been tuned in 6 month.
