Does anyone know the year HUD became available on the 6-series. According to previous promo literature-it was a future option on the 6 series. Will this be a rare option on most 6-series? A buddy of mine has an 06 M6 and he has this option, but he stated that he had to look very hard to find a m6 equiped with this option on the used market.

This feature is not a rarity but there are many older buyers who do not care to have information visible to them on the windshield.

thanks gbelton. I having been conducting some searches for some time and have only come across a hand full of them. Personally, I really find thsi option helpful, but I understand that older buyers didn't care for it too much.
