I may have met some INDY folk at the AUTO-X's at Busch stadium...I'm the "other" guy with that 9K car...(S2000)

Hello All...just dropped by to say hello...just purchased a 1988 750IL . Body is in excellent shape! Black with black intereior...172k. Had to replace the altenator already. Doing my oil change and radiator flush now also. Car has fairly good brakes and rotors, but its gonna need some tires for the winter, as well as the other stuff that I dont know about yet. Filled it up the other day, it was $48.00 with a little under a 1/4 tank...Oh My..., well, it is a project car, so...one question though, I wanna remove the phone and the console, is that difficult?

Justin, have you been racing with the Indy SCCA or the BMWCCA? What color is your S2k?
I ran my M3 at Mount Comfort, but ran my yellow Focus hatchback the rest of the season (Indy SCCA events)

Have ran at BMWCCA out at Busch Stadium...Want to go out to Mount Comort next summer though...I really enjoy it. Also, I am going to organize a Driver Education (track day) up at Gingerman next spring too...

No more Mount Comfort unfortunately (at least not for SCCA, but I am guessing nothing at all). When BAA ended their management of the Indy airports, the new management decided they didn't want any auto events taking place at Mount Comfort (even though the Mount Comfort manager had no problem with it).

I've been on there, unfortunately there isn't much of an Indiana specific community there., hence why I'm here.

Anyway, if there's a BMW meet I'll be there.

Seems like there are more people in the Indy area on here now, still not much, but more. I would be down for a meet/cruise when I go back home this summer.
