thanks for the reply. i miss modding the car but when I met my wife she made me want to stop with the whole street racing theme. that's why it's been slowly going back to stock over the last few months. it's ok, I already told the wife when i get to okinawa that I was going to get an R33 Nissan Skyline... FTMFW!!! Right now she is driving a Honda Integra DC2 since she is already there.

I also might take off the Motorsport Badges and put back in the M3 ones to complete the look, we will see though. The motorsport belts will stay though since I'm lazy like that. =)

It's just a big K&N Filter with a metal atachment to hold it in place. the bar says autothority so i'm sure it had a heat shield at one point, I'm the second owner so I'm not sure what the first owner did with it... he just left random aftermarket stuff in the trunk. i'm sure with a good heat shield this would be a good upgrade. which makes me wonder... could i have used the K&n filter with the itg intake system?:devillook

I'm running the Conforti/ITG system, and I'm not really into the whole foam filter thing... looking for a K&N to fit. 3.5" or 3"?

i could bring it to the meet on wednesday and you can see for yourself. it's a big cone filter, almost like an ECIS one give or take.

I'll bring the M3 for the SOCALEURO meet tonight @ Fusion Cafe from 7-8pm because I need to study afterwards.

This is an awesome price considering the mods alone and recent OEM replacement parts cost $3k+. Someone really needs to buy this! If anybody is worried about the mileage, don't be! My '97 M3 Sedan I picked up a month ago had 153k miles. Do a search on this forum and you'll see the S50/S52 engine can do 250k+ miles on the stock block with no ill effects if the car is properly maintained. And by that list of parts in the OP, this car is definitely maintained!

Cleaned ICV and TB section over the weekend and ran some seafoam in the system.:evil2 Oil change, smog test, tire roatation & rebalance coming this weekend.:)

if i swap the rims with my original M Contours will it justify in selling the car for a lower price @ $7700? It seems like selling the car is going to be a loss at it is but way too many people are low balling. i'm in no hurry but if that's the case i might as well take as much stuff off the car and leave it stock.
