Is there nobody who can repair the 95' to 99' climate control units and make them less expensive than the $700 range. Or even used..that actually work? I was a Corvetter and faced the same problems with climate controls...ie: LCD readout ...non-op or partial letters & numbers. But there were lots of salvage yards that were "Vette specific" and I could buy Xlnt, used controls for a very reasonable amount of bucks. It seems that the 7 series are always left out of the deals on line. But I'm new to BMW, although I had a 735 that had about 450,000 miles and the only thing that didn't work was the LCD readouts. How bout some support?....Anybody Thankx....JimZ
