SOLD!!!

Ok, I've finally located and bought the right M3 for me, so the 325 has to go.

The good:
'93 5-speed, LSD, Diamondswartz/black interior, 179k miles (this is good, because I have done the maintenance on it religiously)
Stock sport springs
SA Koni's front and rear (all suspension work done 1 year ago)
M3 CA bushings, strut mounts, and reinforcement plates
new tie rods
new front lower control arms
rear lca bushings (96 m3 with GC shims)
GC rear shock mounts
front and rear RD adjustable sways
M3 cams with matching D'Sylva chip, as well as "regular" Dinan e36 chip (not installed, obviously), oe cams included
just installed a new radiator, water pump, metal therm. housing, and thermostat, overflow reservoir, upper/lower/4-way/overflow hoses
All Vanos guides done at the same time (Vanos makes NO noise)
brakes about a year and half ago
Flik Lex rims with 65% 235/40/17 Hankook Sport K104 tires
Black manual non-heated Vaders in good shape
18 button OBC, with all pixels working
Headlights are clear
Diff and trani fluid changed out last year with appropriate Mobil 1 product

Car is a hoot to drive, and still gets 23 mpg (all city traffic driving, 28 on cruise control on the freeway).

The bad:
A few PDR type dings, hard to photograph
Instrument panel has been doing the funky on/off thing for about two months, no idea why, I just deal with it
On cold mornings the idle is erratic until the engine warms. I just replaced the
MAF rubber boot, but most likely there is a vacuum leak somewhere else.
Power steering leak. Hoses most likely
Sunroof doesn't open, switch? no idea, I don't like 'em and wouldn't use it even if it worked.
Paint is ok, not great. Hood was repainted due to clear coat peel and wasn't worth what I paid. Looks great when waxed, from 15'.
Headliner in the rear (above the parcel shelf) is undone, a good upholstery shop could fix.

...and up
Few things I forgot. Stock replacement clutch put in around 155k. Have a set of stock type (read: faux) 15" wheels, not sure what style they are but they have five rounded spokes; I will include them with the car or mount them on the car, keep the Flik's and reduce the selling price.

I sent you the Email on craigs. I'm the one that asked about the cooling system parts.

I'll get ahold of you later this week to talk about seeing it. Interested for sure, should be getting an insurance check later this week I'd be happy to take it off your hands.

I was looking for one with perfect body and paint but thats been hard to fine and the interior of yours is well kept other than a few carpet stains. No big deal.

Not sure if you would be interested in my race bike, It was a pro racing bike and is now my weekend bike. Mint condition and well kept (work at R&S kawasaki/suzuki in alb). Worth $2900 if you might want to do trade + Cash.

Also have a 1990 Mazda Miata I was planning on turning into track car. It has front end damage but clean title. Worth $1000

No, Thank you Russ!

I'm getting lots of complements and it draws more of a crowd than my Miata! :cool

No one yet has called it "cute" (like they always do with the Miata). And I dig the inline 6 snarl.

I hope to see you at an autocross next year!:alrightbmw
