Are there any vendors out there selling CSL reps that would be able to do a winter group buy? Wheel & tire packages etc? I figured a GB would give vendors an opportunity to move some inventory during the slow winter months.

I would prefer a wheel/tire combo...that way you don't have to worry about the local tire monkeys scratching up your brand new wheels.
