I purchased a few tools from Victory Product Design (VPD). I returned a tool because it did not meet my expectations and VPD quickly and cheerfully mailed a refund check to me.

Although I still had to pay delivery costs, many businesses would have refused a refund. This indicates to me that VPD cares about their customers. I will continue to give them my business.
