I got a 3.46 gear that I am going to swap into my M3 diff. My friend is going to do the swap for me as he has done tons of gear changes. I just need to get him the torque specs, lash, and any other specs needed to do the swap. Can anyone help me please, can't find any info on it???????

Also besides a new pinion crush collar, pinion seals, and shim set is there anything else I will need to get for him before he does the swap. Should I get new pinion bearings as well? Any help is appreciated!!!
