newbie here. i need help on the price not sure if 40k is a reasonable price for a '04 black m3 with 34k mi. CPO. im not familiar with e34 m3 prices. ive already checked KBB but i want some input on what you guys think? thanks.

I payed 40k for an 04 cpo 18k miles black on black with smg about 3 months ago.

it depends on what options the car has too..... premium pkg, winter pkg, smg, 19", vert... all adds up to the cost!

From what I've noticed, especially around Ohio, the value of convertibles is significantly lower than the value of coupes; this is what I mean:

2002 coupe vs 2002 vert
- Same options, same year, and very similar price, but the coupe will have ~60,000 miles versus the vert which will have ~35,000 miles. It's a very strange trend that I have been following for the last few months.

thanks guys, its a CPO, with 19" spokes, xenon, moonroof, and i beleive it is a premium package. will update you guys on the purchase. thanks.
