Hi All,
Ok first off i have a 1993 4 door 325i stock standard, i'm in the process of buying an accident damaged 1997 M3 coupe with dreams of transplanting the engine, tranny and whatever else i can salvage from the M3. The M3 is still in fairly good shape (running gear wise) motor has done just over 120k and the leakdown test results are excellent. If anyone one out there has done this kind of conversion i would be greatful if you can provide any guidance. I know there are going to some challenges with this kind of conversion (mainly from an ODBI ODBII perspective) But i'm pretty sure it can be done. I plan on spending the next few months working on this so if your keen to share knowledge i'm all ears.
