View Full Version : What's with all the towed threads? mryakan 11-14-2007, 01:19 AM what gives? I have a feeling this will be towed too! ///MINI 11-14-2007, 01:27 AM There has been a tendency to post about various topics in this section when it is supposed to be for E9x-specific discussions. I have been made responsible for tidying up the mess and redirecting threads to a more appropriate section where they might have a better chance of gaining traction. Just so you know, there are other sections within this forum specifically for Tires, Audio & Electronics (including all your bluetooth questions), Off-Topic (for gas vs. diesel stuff), and a plethora of other areas. mryakan 11-14-2007, 01:32 AM There has been a tendency to post about various topics in this section when it is supposed to be for E9x-specific discussions. It's understandable the comraderie that forms within the specific sub-forums. Sometimes, we just feel more comfortable keeping within "our" 3 series group. But, oftentimes some questions we present here could more readily be answered elsewhere. Hopefully, the cross-interaction among BMW owners will build a stronger, more informed community as a whole. After all, it's the continued positive participation from valued members like you guys that keep all of Bimmerforums a vibrant place to exchange ideas. MrOffshore 11-14-2007, 08:31 AM I was wondering the same thing as one of my posts was "towed", sorry in advance for that I will need to take some time as a new member and get better acquainted with the other areas of the forum. Thanks.
