I'm wondering what warranty comes with BMWs down there in the states?(stealer warranty)

Bumper to Bumper not including wearable items for 4yr/60k miles.

Most wearable items are covered by a 4yr/60k mile scheduled service plan. Earlier cars only came with a 3yr/36k plan.

Neither plan covers abuse or neglect.

I think you meant 4yr/ 50k miles.

Thanks,I'm looking at maybe picking up an 07-M5 from the states.The warranty here is 4yrs/80,000km(wearable same,neglect same),bumper to bumper.Then an additional 4yrs/80,00km on powertrain...etc.

Is the warranty the same for a 2004 M3? I have 37k on it and the alternator went out. Dropped it off tonight. Just wondering if it's covered. My owners manual doesn't give specifics about the warranty.

2004 is covered until 2008.....unless you passed 50k miles.
