Sounds like what I need, will it work with 95 M3/ground control coilovers?

are these the street, track, or street/track setup?

im not sure but i dont think it would work on a coilover setup or a m3 they are for the early e36

What color are they? That will help us determine if they are race, street, or the basic ones.
