If you can find one with a supercharger already installed, you might be able to get it for cheap. Almost nobody wants to buy a FI S54.
All that Vorsteiner stuff will probly be around $6500+ and add $2-3000 for paint and installation.
Its good to get an idea of exactly what you want, its the first step to obtaining it.

IMO, V-stuff adds no value to the car what so ever. You are paying for an M3 with High quality OEM M3 parts. Aftermarket stuff does not fit and finish the way OEM parts do.
Someone removed OEM M3 parts and replaced them with after market fiber glass parts. Why pay more for a car with non - oem parts on it? The car is supposed to have a hood and bumpers, im not paying extra for it.
Of course, I may throw in a few bucks if hes still got teh stock stuff in good shape. Otherwise that guy can suck a dick.

very costly. id say look to spend about 30k for a nice m3. about 10,000 for the csl parts and install. about another 10 for supercharging. so your looking at 50k.

im confused...you FOUND a car already like this or you WANT tofind one? You wont just happen to come across a car like this if you haven't already so hope thats not the case. If you're trying to buy from a person....id say 40-44k MAX. His car in STOCK trim would be worth 32-34k tops...you dont get much for aftermarket parts on your car so people saying 50k :eyecrazy you need to put the pipe down..unless if you're saying thats what it will cost to do it yourself to a stock car. His S/C adds maybe 5-6k to the value of the ar and the VCSL parts add maybe 3-4k (ONLY if they are ALL carbon fiber..if its the stupid DVWP trunk/hood it adds even less as i am assuming he got double sided CF)
Offer 40k and see where that gets you...go up a a thousand or 2 if he declines..otherwise move on for a better deal
