GUYONTHECOUCH 11-10-2007, 08:27 PM Great site here gang. Just pickedup an 02 325i. My first bimmer, lovin it so far. Car's all stock right now, but we all know how long that lasts for:)
It didn't come w/ an owner's manual - car's got 36,000 miles - are there any service points comming up I should prepare for?

davidebby 11-11-2007, 08:30 AM HI: I'm new to the site too, and have a 02 325i. Lots of info on forum. I have twice the mileage you have and I have some ongoing problems. 1. Had a bad pin in tail light connector giving me a indication of tail light fault, Low coolant indication is intermitant and a sunroof shade out of track. I'm still working on the last two. Car rides and handles great. Have fun.

Initial Z32 11-12-2007, 04:29 PM welcome to the site.... as for the service... the car should have already had the "Inspection I" done, you can find out by calling your local dealership and giving them the last 7 #'s of your vin, they should also be able to tell you what extra options/features were added to your car... good luck and keep us posted on your progress...
HI

Anyone seen Tgee?:wavey :D Welcome!
ThEnder 11-12-2007, 05:40 PM your car should tell you when you start it how many miles until the next service and what service it is going to be
your car should tell you when you start it how many miles until the next service and what service it is going to beSometimes they forget to reset it though, especially at indy shops.

nicknoodles 11-12-2007, 06:07 PM welcome....enjoy
GUYONTHECOUCH 11-13-2007, 05:53 PM Thnx for the welcome. Thinkin first things to complete: Clear lenses for the turn signals on the front fender(s), some stereo upgrades (has the HK stereo, which isn't bad - but I'm used to better), and clean-up the front+rear end...ditch the badges, find something different for the bumpers (any suggestions?) then intake+exhaust upgrade.
I'm gearhead by nature, and have never left anything I own stock. This is my first import, ever. But I've been admiring bmw's for years now, and decided to man-up and give one a try.
