You will hear a bit louder increase in noise, but as far as performance...honestly I don't think there will be much, unless you get some type of chip or programmer to compensate for the increased airflow. Most ppl recommend chip+exhaust+intake if you want a noticable difference. You already have 1/3

Might I recommend kumho ecstas for a bang for the buck tire? Also, more expensive, but I am running Pirelli PZero Neros, and they aren't anything short of amazing.
