Koni Sport Dampers (shocks/struts) with threaded body struts and adjustable rear spring perch to control adjustability of height.
The struts are externally adjustable (the knob thing on the top of the strut) and the shocks are 'standard adjustable' which means take em out and compress fully, then turn the rod. It's weird but easy to do.

I bought these in June of 06. I loved em, lots of adjustability in height from dumped to sporty. However, I'm selling these as I'm de-modding my bimmer for possible sale.

The only thing wrong with them is the allen hole in the bottom of the rear spring perches is cracked. This offers no structural problem for the spring perches, just makes it a little harder to turn for adjustability.

This kit is not off the car right now. I'm waiting for new factory dampers to show up before I do the swap out. If someone buys em I can have them off the car and ready to ship within a week (depending on work schedule).
